Edmonton Tower is a great addition to downtown. It’s only a couple of years old so it’s still shiny and new. There is public underground parking and washrooms. As the name suggests this buildings main tenant is the City of Edmonton so the city has centralized the majority of their services here. There is easy access for all people and on staff concierge. Always kept clean and tidy. I knew this location when it was still a Staples store so I watched it being built from when the foundation was laid till its completion.

Apparently construction workers that built the building are now scum. They've told all workers that they are not allowed to use the public benches on the street side of the building. Even if they are paying customers of the business inside edmonton tower. I guess the public benches are only for real humans, not construction workers

Brand new building buit by PCL Builders. It is lease to CITY OF EDMONTON, several food stores as well, huge public underground parking, covid 19 guide lines is in place at the moment.Upon losing my wallet in City Transit I still got it back through good Samaritan to very kind EDMONTON city transit operater to Lost and Found office.HONESTY is always alive through people of EDMONTON

The city did nothing about the noise complaint I sent in about Fan Park. My apartment is now unlivable for my family because of the excessive noise of the outdoor concerts. My family can not sleep, and there are other people in my building who work the night shift. It is the city's jurisdiction because it gives out noise exemption permits for this location.

It is very bad when city of edmonton is a reason for the people to stop opening business as they delay there permits for months how ever you are paying thousands for it .And when it comes to inspection they tell you to wait at your shop from 8 AM until 4PM as they don't have a specific time to show up and then you wait the all day but no one show up.Is that fair?!!.Do you want the people to stop opening business so no taxes income you will receive??!!.Hopefully some one is going to read and find the solutions for all of this.

Decent city however I request to please fix Transcanada west highway Jasper bound. There are quite a few potholes and the ride is not smooth.But edmonton in itself is a great place

Get my reduction monthly bus pass from dats which is for people with a disability very hard to get alwayes busy 2 hour wait not a good place to go

Hi Ehsan, this is an addition to your review. I'd like to second this. You made a very good point. I lost thousands and was forced to sell my business partially because of the city permitting department. Paid 3 months of rent and utilities waiting for a business permit. No way around doing it this way with a commercial lease either. The business next to me went bankrupt because of this problem. The spent 160k on developement and the inspection and permitting caused them bankruptcy due to delays. Also Im guessing this city is going to be a perminent contruction zone now? Who is running this place?

Easy to find as it is connected to the pedways. Large and spacious foyer with public seating and security/help desk.
