there are bung of scammers running this place, and they will not hesitate to rip you off in the most terrible way. do not call them for any towing, the are not friendly and he does not understand what a customer service means.. very rude people... honestly by just calling few other towing company you will be saving hundreds of dollars..

These people are basically stalking people, sometimes vulnerable people going to the hospital, sitting around the corner to tow their vehicle within a couple minutes of being parked. But anything for a quick buck these days I guess! Bravo guys!

I parked at an unsigned spot because I witnessed a hit and run and needed to stand by to give a witness statement. My car was towed within 10 minutes.SCAMMERS. I will never visit St. Catherines again.Reported to police, BBB and the city.CALL THE POLICE, CALL A LAWYER.This towing impound scam is rampant in Toronto and has now made its way to st catherines were public lots are common.

Had my car towed from downtown by this crooked and shady tow company. Unprofessional, rude, and totally disgusting behaviour. A good criminal enterprise at 72 Berryman Ave. They take pride in holding your car hostage and high jacking you for $300. Never use or call these crooks.
